How is this different from the regular OBM Partnership?
The OBM Partnership is purely strategic and operational leadership. The Hybrid Partnership blends OBM-level direction with ongoing VA execution. Think:

Usually, no. Most clients either don't have a VA yet, or can replace their current VA with this partnership because implementation is already included. The Hybrid Partnership requires a 3-month minimum to ensure we can create stability, build workflows, and establish solid operational foundations together
Do you help with launches?
Yes. Launch operations are part of Hybrid support. This includes timeline mapping, task assignment, coordinating your team, implementing assets, and keeping all moving parts organized.
Do you personally do all the VA work as well as the OBM support, or do you have team members who help?
Although some VA work is handled by me directly, some tasks are handled by a vetted, experienced person on my team. For example, if you need social media support, someone on my team skilled in social media supports that function. I am always your main point of contact and handle all coordination if other team members are involved.
What's the onboarding process like?
Once we've decided to partner together, I'll send a contract and invoice, then we'll have a kickoff strategy session to establish initial goals and rhythms. We'll review access/logins, map quick wins, and set up our workflow inside your PM system.
